Only items that are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original hang tags are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline refund requests for products that are not in good condition or do not meet our returns policy.

Initiation: Simply message us on FB Messenger with your order number, and we'll assist you through the return process. You can choose to await product collection or personally drop it off at our Mirpur head office.
Collection: We'll schedule product pickup. This is typically completed within 5-7 working days, depending on your location.
Inspection: Our team conducts thorough checks to ensure compliance. Only unworn, unwashed items with original hangtags qualify for refunds or exchanges. Please note, we reserve the right to decline refunds for products not meeting these criteria.
Refund: After successful verification during inspection, we will immediately start your refund process. And the money is not refundable, you can get another product with the same amount or get another product by adding money.
